DO NOT MOVE HERE

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. My family lived here for 2 1/2 years, and we went through hell with them on the move-out. They request a 3 month notification before the end of your lease to let them know if you plan to renew or not. We were unable up provide that due to my husband being in ICU and sedated before and after the requested date. We were told by management that it could be waived due to the circumstances. When it was time to move, we were charged double rent for a month that we… didn't live there. Now the manager who informed us of that doesn't even work there anymore because no one stays in that office for long. This is a horrible apartment corporation and I WOULD NOT recommend living here.

My first apartment and LOVED IT

I had no complaints with this apartment complex! It felt safe, it was clean, neighbors were quiet, I only saw bugs because I was on the first floor, never any roaches or anything like that. They have an exterminator that comes out every Thursday if you request it. I only didn't give it 5 stars because for the price, it would be nice to have a washer and dryer in unit. I would live there again if it was not for that. 10/10 recommend if you don't mind sharing. My neighbors were respectful!

Love Love Love It

I have been a resident here for going on 5 years... My service here at Cromwell is always prompt and quality... The office staff is very professional and friendly and the maintenance staff is always attentive and knowledgeable... Its calming to know you can depend on them when need be... Michael has been an absolute pleasure... As well as Jessica and Raj they all are a great! I attended the Holiday Party in Dec where I met some neighbors and enjoyed delicious food as well as a door prize. This… place is definitely a gem!

Great place to call home

I have lived in the community for about a year and I am very pleased with all aspects of living here. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any issued that I have had in the past. In addition to the maintenance staff the Leasing staff have been friendly, professional and courteous. I love the fact that the fitness center is included with my rent along with the pool for the summer time. The party last summer was very nice! If you are looking for a clean, beautiful place to live I HIGHLY… suggest you come take a look for yourself.

Unacceptable

It was this worst experience I’ve ever encountered with a rental property. This was just a temporary stay for me but not temporary enough. In the two years I was here I had a sewer back up and a flood from upstairs because there faucet broke. There’s a huge bug problem here, I consistently had to exterminate myself. The schools... are definitely behind. Also when it was time to leave they charged me $700 In charges which included replacing the carpet that had been damaged from 2 different… floods. It’s not worth the stress. Do not rent with Apartment Services
