A fantastic experience

Vicky and OT and very respectful and professional. The neighborhood is very clean and very safe. I would still be living here if I didn’t need to relocate for work.

Love it

I been a resident almost a week and I’m already in love. I haven’t had any issues so far. It’s a true gem! No matter what time of day is quiet. So quiet I feel like I make too much noise just by walking lol

Bright Diamond in the middle of forest

I have been resident of the Dickey Hill Forest for almost 2 years and have been very happy with the apartment facilities and especially the staff on site. Their maintenance is phenomenal, They showed up right on time, they've been always respectful to my time and needs, they were fast and fixed/replaced what I need it. Dickey Hill Forest management team is also very professional, they are always available in the office to hear you and take care of your concerns. they provide you a very friendly… environment, the place that you can call home. I'm gonna miss this place a lot.

Truly a HIDDEN GEM!!!!!

Wow I have nothing but great things to say! First of, Dickey Hill Forest Apartments is TRULY a HIDDEN GEM!!!
When I made an appointment to go see the 2 bedroom 2 bath deluxe apartments, I had very high hopes for this apartment, from reading the reviews and looking at the pics online. It was everything that I expected and more. I must say, the staff were VERY PROFESSIONAL! Way more professional than, the surrounding apartment management companies. As a working professional, I highly valued… their professionalism. The neighborhood is VERY NICE, QUIET, and is gated! I love how it is tucked away and private. I am scheduled to move in February and am SUPER EXCITED! This apartment offers eve everything that I am looking for.

Nice, quiet & spacious apartments.

I love this place! Finding an affordable apartment with reasonable prices, paid utilities and huge floor plans can be very difficult to find here in Baltimore, but here at Dickey Hill Forest Apartments they have it all! Tucked back in a secluded neighborhood away from the busy street, surrounded by nothing but trees and completely nice people! The staff here our great, and any problems that may arise within your apartment they are sure to deal with it promptly, and professionally! If it weren't… for the no dog policy & the lack of parking (it is free though) this place would have definitely got a 5 star vote from me! All around a fantastic place to live!
