    Horrible Management

Can never reach the leasing office, they are not onsite. They have one maintenance personal. Buildings smells like cigarettes and management does not care. Shower water doesn’t stay colder longer than 3 minutes. Mold. And now roaches. They have gone down hill and will rent to anyone. Loud neighbors. Multiple neighbors constantly fighting in the hallway at all hours. Wouldn’t recommend.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your experience at Forrest Street Apartments has been disappointing. We have not heard of these issues before and we take resident concerns seriously and are continuously working to improve the quality of life within our community.

We understand how important communication, maintenance responsiveness, and a clean, safe environment are. Over the past few months, we’ve been making changes to address these concerns — including enhancing our on-site presence, improving maintenance support, and reinforcing community guidelines to ensure a respectful living environment for all.

While no community is without challenges, many of our residents enjoy Forrest Street Apartments for its convenient location, spacious layouts, and the ongoing updates we’re making. We’re committed to creating a welcoming and well-maintained space for everyone who calls this home.

If you have any unresolved concerns or would like to speak further and give you ar rent credit for the inconvenience , we invite you to contact our team directly at woodhillmd@gmail.com. We’d be happy to assist in any way we can.
