Fox Crossing Apartments

We’ve had cockroaches the entire year we have lived here. The poor infestation maintenance they do does not work.
We also had a leak from the apartment above and even though I had called an emergency maintenance that night they never came back to fix the ceiling.
The apartments look nice I’ll give them that but that’s all I’ll give and the rent raise after a year with all the other problems did not make us want to stay after a year.

Living here the past 4 months has been a miserable experience. I wish I could afford to break my lease. Constant maintenance issues (HVAC, plumbing, etc.), total lack of communication from leasing (no heads up with disruptions to water service etc.; radio silence when I’ve tried contacting several times thru phone, text, and emails), oh and there was a stabbing on the floor below me which took way longer than it should have to clean up that bloody mess. Warning to all: Fox Crossing is hell.

I lived here a few yrs ago and was saddened to have had to move due to pest and maintenance issues. I seen the place 2022 and new management spent LOTS of money on renovations and pulling this place back together. I loved the area since it is so safe around here. These apartments are not what they used to be, I've been back almost 2 years and I'm happy to be back home.

roaches and mice. management don't do nothing horrible apartments

They got roaches AND mice. They will enter your apartment and the management will do nothing about it. Save yourself.
