Not "luxury"

Luxury apartment is defined as:
"The apartments often provide high-speed internet services, smart home features, and fitness centers. Luxury apartments provide a pool for the entire community, or they might provide the option to enjoy a rooftop pool or garden space."

This is not true of Melrose Apartments. No amenities.

Needs upgrades

Older complex with townhomes and apartments that have had no real upgrades or renovations over the years. Some units have leaky roofs and internal leaks from showers and bathtubs. Many silverfish snd spiders. The rent seems over priced for this reason.
