Disgusting

I’m not one to complain but this complex is so trifling. They literally do nothing about major issues. Have water leaking into my apartment and someone came out just to LOOK at it.. They didn’t fix anything. Also infested and has mold.

Love it

I have been a resident of Parkside apartment complex for 17 years and I have had such a great experience. The building that I live in is very quiet and kept clean any maintenance problem it is handled quickly there is occasional sightings of mice however management does a great job of sending out exterminators to fix the problem I would recommend anyone to live at a Parkside garden apartment

Rats rats and more rats.

I was catching mice everyday. This was the worst living experience in my life. 0 stars of this was an option.

Very noisy and has roaches

This place is very noisy and has roaches. Although the leasing office is polite they don’t do anything about loud Neighbors. Maybe they support the noisiness of the neighbors. If you are looking for a quiet environment don’t look this way. It’s not advisable or you will regret it.
