Place to call home

I just moved here about a month ago and I'm very pleased that I made the decision to live at Raven's Run. First, the complex is quiet, my building is clean. The area is well kept. It's well lit at night and I feel safe. The staff at the rental office are professional, pleasant, attentive and made me feel welcomed and at home. I feel like family when I walk into their office or it's like visiting an good friend. I love it here and plan to be here for a long time. Thank you RavenRun for making me… feel welcomed. The customer service you ladies provide is exceptional and that's rare these days. If your reading this and considering applying, don't hesitate. It's a great place to live. Come make this your new home.

No communication

I live at 6006 Amberwood rd I have been waiting 2 weeks to get the carpet padding put down I have talked to the assistant manager several times and nothing was done when she said. I also have a elderly mother that they gave some man a key that I asked her if she could let me know before he came and with out a key he walked in on her and terrified her she is not in good health so I asked if they could let me know when they coming this is the second time and she is upset
