Full of lies
My room has been without hot water for nearly three weeks. Up until now, the hot water in the shower area at night has only been lukewarm. I have been sending emails and text messages to contact them for the past two weeks, but no one has replied. It's hard to believe that it was poor work efficiency and management failure that led to this outcome. Moreover, the essential staff even said in the email, "We are trying to help," which is just ridiculous. If you are attending JHU, don't rent this... apartment. You deserve a better option. Instead of living in this building full of hypocrites that makes your mood bad every day, you should choose other apartments.
