It is as different as night and dat from our former neighborhood. People around us take care of themselves and look out for each other. Maintenance staff have been prompt and helpful. The office staff frequently offer community gifts, for example, free breakfast, Halloween candy, etc. When I'm walking my dogs at night, I feel the need to watch out for wild animals and not so much wild people. So far, it's been a pleasure.

Nice place to live. One draw back is the breaking in of cars & parts stealing from cars. The rental office staff are pleasant and keep tenants informed of certain rental rules and regulations.

Been here almost 4 years the neighborhood is peacful and my son loves his school. Love the convience of the shopping center and mall being close by. The animeties being changed to monthly and the water bill constantly rising make it a bit hard but having a peace of mind is worth it i guess.

Since I moved here in 2020 I really enjoyed living here. There's a few things that could be better but is with any property. But since 2023 these new residents moved in with 7 cars and they do not drive but two. Sometimes they only drive 1. So all the other cars sit for weeks and days at a time preventing others from parking near there house. So unfair. I came home one night and no parking spaces I had to park near the rental office. 7 bush mill court they need to go or there cars need to go
