It's a good starter home although maintenance has gone down hill in the past couple of months.Neighborhood not bad. Amenities decent. While I appreciate the transition to a smoke free community I didn't think that would include bbq grills as well.

Decent experience. Wish some simple upgrades like panting and carpet replacement will b done after 12 years of living here. Someone did an evaluation but never followed up.

Although the leasing office is hard to reach by phone when I do or when I stop in the office they are very helpful. Brittany has been great working through lease renewal.

Diamond Ridge is a beautiful place to reside I just wish other tenants would be more considerate about trash removal. Thwy throw it on the ground. And it is drawing rodents. ????
