I have lived in Harford Village South for 17 months & I have loved it. The Leasing Office Staff have been amazing & so friendly & helpful. And the same goes for the Maintenence Team! Whenever I have a question or a need, they have all been quick to respond. The grounds are always maintained & look so pretty. I will be staying for a while! To anyone looking for an apartment, I would recommend living here. And it is so close to everything you need.

Great townhouse

The process of applying and moving in was quick and easy. We rent a townhouse a the neighborhood is quiet and family oriented. Everyone at the leasing office has been very kind to our family while we’ve been going through a difficult time.

Halt to rent from Century!

I have been renting a townhome from Century Real Estate for about 3 years now, and I have nothing but positive feedback to give about them and the property! The initial process was quick and easy- I moved to Harford County from out of state and they helped me to feel secure in the home I was choosing from afar. The property was clean and well-represented in the listing photos. The area feels very safe, family & pet friendly, and close to everything you could need. They’ve also been diligent… about promptly fixing the minor maintenance issues I’ve had so far. The whole team has been pleasant, professional, & responsive. I would highly recommend renting from them!

Hickory Hills Condominiums

I have been living here since 2022 and have had no complaints. The area and neighbors are very quiet as well as friendly. Maintenance and leasing office staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend these apartments to family and friends.
