Convenient Location, Friendly Staff

I have been living here for more than two years, and I like how close it is to NIH specially coming from out of state. The staff is very friendly and responds to my maintenance request promptly. The gym is quite small, but it’s usually not busy. Overall, it’s a good place to live if you need walking distance grocery stores and transportation.

Excellent living environment!

After renting at Rosedale Park for about 18 months, I have been 100% satisfied with all aspects of life there. Maintenance and front desk folks are very friendly and absolutely helpful - response time is pretty much immediate. We recommend!

Love living at Rosedale Park in Bethesda

Lived at Rosedale Park in Bethesda for more than a year and love it. Apartments are good size, include washer/dryer in each unit, parking in the basement if the building and very convinient, adequately clean, and well-ventilated. Nice common area - a large party/ study room with large TV, nice seating area, billiard, printer, and good coffee 24 hours. There is a small gym. All my communications with staff have been great. Staff response to any maintenance requests quickly. I have not had any… major issues with appliances. Some appliances are newer others may be a little older. Maintnance staff is great and fixing it right away. Apartments facing Wisconsin may have some street (cars) noise. I was allowed to move to a more convinient to me apartment when it became avaliable. Two elevators in each building working well. Cats allowed in North building. Closest apartments to the NIH and the Navy Hospital center. Location is good - a Harris Teeter store is very close. Restaurants, stores, and gyms in a walking distance. Medical Center and Bethesda metro is a 10-15 min walk. Price is very reasonable for the area. I looked at other apartments and have friends renting in the ares. The Rosedale Park is the best contemporary apartments at this price.

Enjoy living here

Pros:
-Located at the northern end of downtown Bethesda
-Decent rent compared to other buildings in Bethesda
-Garage parking is available (for a fee)
-Building has a gym
-Have had a couple minor issues but maintenance has been very responsive and usually fixes things the same day they are called

Cons:
-No utilities included, resident pays water, gas, electric, cable
-Parking garage is tight, only one car can go in or out at a time
-Not the most modern fixtures (at least in my apartment)
-No… real security (entry is via keyfob) although, to my knowledge, there has not been any crime on the property in the past couple years and I feel relatively safe in the building
