The Seasons Apartments

Although it has already been mentioned in other reviews multiple times but it bears reiteration that The Seasons is the best place to live in the heart of the city of Bethesda. It is close to DC, accessible by Metro but far enough to be peaceful. Downtown Bethesda is a beautiful place with all the basic amenities (grocery stores, farmers markets, gymnasiums, restaurants, pharmacies etc.) near by.
What sets Seasons apart from the other rental properties is the cost and the staff. This is the best... place to live if you are not looking to spend the exorbitant rates being charged by other properties in the area while also being able to live in a walkable neighbourhood. Great location in the heart of downtown Bethesda. Responsive and attentive staff, safe, great community, metro accessible. Would highly recommend to a friend.

I lived at the Seasons for about four years. I would recommend leaving here to a friend. The rent was less than all of the other places in Bethesda. I never had any issues with management, and any maintenance requests were quickly addressed. The building is old but of decent build. I hardly ever heard my neighbors except through doors. The location is excellent. The staff were always friendly and helped me on the few occasions I was in need. There aren't many amenities other than the gym, but... that's perfectly fine by me.

The only negative thing I have to say is about the air conditioning. They control the switch between heat and AC. While this was switched quicker over the last year I was living there, the first few there were a few weeks in October and early spring that it was like 90 degrees out in the daytime and we had no AC. The Seasons apartments is a celebration of life in urban setting. We enjoyed our junior 1 bdr. located in downtown Bethesda . It was like a command center whose extensions nearby provide for quality food , retail , entertainment, and civic services. Very friendly and interesting people around are of all ages and make the building a city in itself. And yet one has its own privacy as everybody respects it. The management does a great job taking care of all assets in the building and... apartments. And, yes, you do feel you are actually treated like the most precious assets of all. Kudos for owner and management. They sell you a great place to live but you end up owning a whole beautiful city. I would go back anytime.
