We are looking for somebody who doesn't mind taking their shoes off, who cleans up after themselves, is on time with the rent, and is willing to sign a 6-month lease. May renew at end -but at least 6 months with half of the $1,400 for security deposit,and will split utilities with the other renter or if you want the whole house ,you pay for the utilities. It also has a community pool with a community gym. No pets -sorry we've just had a lot of different problems that involved pets.
