If you want to deal with marijuana smoke in the hallways and coming in your apartment and an infestation of mice, then this is the place for you. It's in the lease to not smoke and management doesn't enforce it. Mice and marijuana is driving me out of here and I can't wait to leave. And don't bother to tell the main office cause they don't even respond.

Beech’s Farm was a horrible experience.
Beech’s Farm was a horrible experience. I will not be back, and I would recommend anyone considering renting there to look elsewhere. The worst things about Beech’s Farm are the management and maintenance staff. The management practices dirty policies regarding auto-renewal. If you don’t provide 60 days’ notice of moving out even if your lease is set to expire, you then get charged with 60 days rent. In their renewal emails, it doesn’t give you the option to declare you are not renewing. I... emphatically told them when I moved in that I would not be renewing as it was a short-term arrangement, however they didn’t make note of it. It is devious as it is a trap that they want people to fall into. It is an all-around devious practice the way they execute it. Then when you turn in your keys, they act like nothing is going to happen and it’s all okay. The management is horrible to work with. They will violate their own contract when it benefits them, but they won’t work with you if you violate their contract. The only contract violation I had was the 60 days’ written notice even though I verbally told them when I picked up the keys I would not be renewing. The term agreement on the lease means absolutely nothing. They are not friendly or helpful. They refuse to answer emails in a timely fashion and are all around deceitful. My apartment was old, unrepaired and in violation of electrical codes. I told them about the electrical code violations, and they didn’t care. I was in apartment DT2. The windows didn’t shut and lock. In fact, they fell open and I had to put dowel rods in all the windows to keep them shut. The door catch plate to the front door was missing for the first couple of months. Then when it was replaced, it wasn’t put in properly making the deadbolt unable to be locked. Maintenance didn’t even screw the catch plate in. The sliding back door didn’t lock. I filed work orders which went unanswered and then were closed without being addressed. I filed complaints on the one work order they did complete, and it was ignored. Beech’s Farm doesn’t care about its tenants. I should have used the right to withhold my rent until they repaired these issues.

I love to walk in the area with the peace and quiet. The grounds are kept clean. I can rest in my home and not to have any noise. The staff is pleasant.

This is the worst place I've ever moved in in my life, we have been here since June the 30th of 2022 still no working stove, painting needs to be done there's so much work that needs to be done that the unit has failed inspection there is no real management here they tell you beautiful lies, that they're gonna come and they don't they show up to do the work. don't finish tell you th ere coming back and don't come back. it's been a nightmare and the Unit has failed inspection. And I wouldn't... recommend anyone to move in this place until it is properly managed and the tenants are in units that are livable conditions and tenants get what they request and pay for. My door is still not working we are not safe here. Windows won't even open due to black mold and green algi. I need major help.
