Old, poorly maintained, disorganized

Appliances are from the Paleolithic age, and work accordingly, in that they do not. Amenities include a jungle gym and a computer with printer, yup that all! Emails sent from management are beyond disorganized, you will not know what is going on. Not a good time, but comparably cheap (for the area) time

Mice!!!

We had to move out because of a terrible mice infestation. It was awful, and we kept the apartment very clean. The leasing office gave us some sticky traps and that was it, it did not solve the problem at all.

Excellent place and customer service

Roxana's attention was excellent since she gave us the information we need and it was easier to make our contract, the apartments are very nice, the area is quiet and safe without much noise, just because I can't give more than 5 stars I don't give it plus, they have excellent customer service

THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED

Management and office staff horrible. Neighbors horrible.
The only good thing was the maintenance manager Keith.
My apartment bathroom toilet flooded constantly. The bathroom above leaked through my ceiling. The dishwasher was always backing up and so was the sink. The tried to blame it on us -- after another tenant's oatmeal shot up through our drain. Then the washing machine of an empty apartment above flooded ours. No explanation. Happened again. No explanation or attempts to fix. HORRIBLE… HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Rude service

I called to ask questions about an apartment and the person that answered accused me of doing a market survey and wouldn't answer some of my questions or avoided them. I asked questions about fees, what the parking situation was and pests. The representative refused to answer questions about pest, which may be telling.
