Situated in a quiet, residential, waterfront neighborhood in Sparrows Point on Oakleigh Cove, which connects to the Chesapeake Bay. This location is conveniently positioned between Baltimore and Annapolis, offering opportunities for exploration by land or sea. The Sparrows Point Golf Course, Country Club, and marina are just minutes away.
Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Parking is limited to the gravel parking area on the property. No pets are allowed, and violating this policy will result in a $1000 fee for thorough cleaning and decontamination due to the owner's severe allergies. No parties or events are allowed, and violating this policy will result in a $500 fee for full cleaning and repair of the property. The home should be locked whenever all guests leave the property. Please return items to where you were found. Please do not leave items unattended on or near the water. Rinse off kayaks, paddles, and all beach items after use. Rinse off sand prior to entering the house. No littering. Clean off the gas grill and shut off the gas when not in use. Do not leave children unattended. Trash should be placed in the outdoor bins at the street corner; trash pick up is on Fridays. There is no recycling. Please stay off the boat lifts unless you have rented the slip for your watercraft.
