Brant Court

Applied to Brant Court and deeply regret it. They took a 50$ application fee and a $250 holding fee and refused to refund it - even though no apartment was ever actually held for me, and I withdrew less than 24 hours later. They buried outrageous and unexpected fees in fine print, then pushed me into a costly program I never agreed to up front. Throughout the process, they repeatedly “lost” emails and asked for information already submitted in my application. The property manager is disorganized... and unprofessional. Its small for the amount of money that you have to pay. Be careful where it says " Prices subject to change". They didn't lie. by the time you add everything up, its not worth it. Cheap materials, such as cabinets that will come unhinded, shelves in closets not sturdy. They go up on your rent every year. Like I said its not worth the price. Was suppose to have fitness center when we moved in..NOPE! Playground, need fencing, ground around it, to marshy to let your kids play around it. It is so quiet and relaxing at Brant Ct even tho everything is so accessible. Love the events for the tenants..always fun. Great property crew.

Was looking for an apartment and stopped at Brant Court. The apartments were beautiful, well maintained and clean. The staff was amazing. They were very help and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. This company is very lucky to have two very dedicated employees who obviously love their job! Thank you!
