Great Place for If you have Children

I lived her for almost 7 years, my daughter went to Elkridge Middle and Howard High school. From my personal experience I can honestly say it was very delightful! The staff was very friendly and works with you if you have issues. Majority of the Neighbors help one another and we made life long friends.

New resident

Hey everyone. Im new to the property but so far the team is amazing! Marybeth has been a dream, she has done her job plus more to help me with my move in process. Also, Eric in the maintenance team is extremely professional and kind. He made my apartment look wonderful and even went above and beyond by vacumning up his own footprints. So far when I call they get everything done so swiftly. I love my sunshine filled apt and the neighborhood is wonderful.

Not worth the hassle

This is just a warning for people looking to lease. They have a ridiculous policy where current tenants can decide not to vacate. Needless to say I got screwed over. So if you need a place right away or don't have time to look don't bother with this place. We spent weeks getting application fees and cashiers checks together for them and after we did that they decide to email us and say we don't have the place.

HOWARD COUNTY'S FINEST

I HAVE LIVED IN ORCHARD CLUB APARTMENTS FOR 3 YEARS NOW AND I REALLY ENJOY LIVING HERE. THERE IS A FITNESS CENTER, A SWIMMING POOL AND NOW A CLUBHOUSE . MAINTENANCE IS GREAT THEY WILL COME AND FIX ANY PROBLEM THAT YOU HAVE IN THE APARTMENT IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS AND EMERGENCY ISSUES THEY WILL COME AND FIX RIGHT AWAY.
THE MANAGEMENT STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND SO PLEASANT TO TALK TO AND THEY CAN ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THAT YOU MAY HAVE. IT'S A SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD TO LIVE IN AND CLOSE TO THE COLUMBIA… MALL AND I-95 AND 175. LOTS OF GREAT RESTAURANTS TO DINE AT IN THIS AREA.

Orchard Club Apartment

Orchard Club Apartments are an unique experience in living. I have lived here since 2008 and the management are awesome. My son and I are so fortunate to live here by the surrounding school and market.
