Parkland Square

I’ve only lived here 1 month!!!! And I’m already breaking the lease! One of the worst places I’ve ever moved! The website is a complete lie! They show you these renovated units and false advertise key entry! When really you can walk in any building don’t need a fob or key the buildings have 0 security doors 0 security cameras!!! My first 2 weeks here I was woken in the middle of the night to somebody juggling my door from the outside to see if it was unlocked I looked out the peep hole saw 2… dudes in ski mask… I banged on the door they immediately ran down the steps!!!! Next day I’m calling ADT installing door bell cameras! And now I got a security system. Last night around 2am! I got a alert I haven’t seen since the system was installed normally I only get motion alerts because my neighbors walking in their home or package delivery alerts… This alert said “ talking” I open the app to listen I can hear 2/3 individuals discussing having guns and why not just brace the door. I immediately set off my silent alarm and spoke through the ring and said police are in route!!! Police officer immediately responds and soon as the car got outside the building you hear aye the police here man hand me that! Which ima assume is a gun and you hear a door slam so I’m assuming they knew people in the same building. I went to management told I can’t live here y’all have zero security zero safety I’ll rather pay more money for a peace of mind they responded with a bill to break the lease…. Instead of saying your safety is very important to us no problem that’s a dangerous situation I wouldn’t want to stay either. My first 2 weeks here I wake up and look outside a car is sitting on bricks! Rite in front of the leasing office… so that should tell you where you planning on moving. I don’t care if I have to hire a legal team and sue this property management company they won’t get a penny out of me. I moved here based off false advertising. I will staying in a hotel after just paying my rent for the month until I can get to another place! I’m pissed they even dare want to charge me to get out of here after suffering this financial lost already. Read More

I have been a resident at Parkland square for a couple of years. During this time management/staff has changed, most have not been the best. With an exception of Ms. Riddick, she is very accommodating to the residence here and she carry herself with so much poise. Highly recommend her as the go to. She gets the job done everytime!
