Time To Move
You'll think that what we pay a month in rent that simple things like addressing the noise coming from the roof that you can hear all the way into the parking lot is done in a speedy manner. No way ownership expects people to be inconvenienced and uncomfortable in there apartment and still pay the full rent. I'm ready to leave!!!!!

After reviewing the concerns mentioned, we would like to clarify... that the matter was addressed when it was reported. Our team visited the apartment on multiple occasions to listen to the concern, and during those visits you advised us that you hear the same sounds at your workplace as well. In addition, a contractor inspected the roof area and identified the device that was producing the sound, which was then disconnected to resolve the issue.
We take all resident concerns seriously and make every effort to investigate and respond as quickly as possible. While we respect your perspective, our records reflect that the concern was reviewed and addressed when it was brought to our attention. We appreciate feedback from our residents and remain committed to maintaining our community.
