Woodland Creek

I have only lived at Woodland Creek since March 31, 2025, and I am already experiencing serious issues that have gone unresolved. Despite being scheduled for twice-monthly pest control treatments, no one came to treat unit on July 1, 2025, even after I confirmed the appointment with Deysi during the week of June 23. Since then, the roach infestation has worsened. They're in my kitchen, inside the cabinets, and even in my children's bedroom. This is a major health and safety concern, especially… for families with kids. When I went to the leasing office on July 7, 2025, to address the issue, I was met with hostility and refusal of assistance from the office manager, Michelle. Her tone was aggressive and unprofessional, and she instructed the rest of the staff not to speak to or assist me unless I went through her directly. The encounter left me feeling attacked, dismissed, and hopeless that my concerns would be resolved. Despite requesting to escalate the issue, I have not been given any contact information for corporate or offered any real help. If this is what its like within the first few months of living here, I can only imagine what the long term would look like. For the areas these were the best I’ve stayed in for years. No issues with rodents or roaches you will see a few spiders and Ants. I stayed in the units towards the front. Parking was good for the most part and staff was great. Due to unforeseen circumstances Personally I had to move and downsize or I’ll still be there. They started off good but once they changed their name and new management came in everything went downhill. Which once was free now you had to pay pet fees. Moving in I had issues with washing machine and garbage disposal for 4 months before getting it fixed.

Worst Place Ever!!! Do Not Move Here. Staff is rude, unprofessional, unorganized and disrespectful. Maintenance lazy they come whenever they feel like it. They don’t care about you. Mold everywhere, bugs as well. Too many issues to begin with.
