Honestly, Trust the other reviews. My stay here was a problem since day one. The floors were thin so everyone can hear you talk and walk. Managment was slow to respond to any requests. I was verbally abused by a neighbor for months and they did nothing. The building has a massive infestation of pests requiring me to throw away half my furniture.

Beware, Bait and switch. Rent will increase, and everything is made of paper and tack.

You get a real fireplace... so that's one positive.

I was shown a renovated unit, and then applied for one but the lease was for an unrenovated unit. I had already paid the security deposit because you have to pay before even getting a lease. I found out wasn't the same type of unit I was shown and went to terminate the lease and now they won't return my security deposit that I paid when I dont even have an apartment. Very sleazy business model.

I used to live there a few years ago and it was alright (not the best, but not awful. It was eh.) I tried to apply recently for an apartment and despite being told my holding fee would be returned within 45 days of my rejection, it's been much longer. They haven't communicated their reason for the delay whatsoever.

Though in all honesty, I should've expected awful communication when response times were awkward and inconsistent despite supposed open hours. I should've listened to past reviews... on other apartment sites. Avoid this place at all costs. Read More
