Hidden Creek

I love this apartment when I first laid my eyes on it cause it has a quick shot the shady Grove and it's not too far from the store which in that case the 7 eleven is my favorite spot for coffee overall the area is peaceful and quiet calm laid back

Pros: Low price, nice location, nice amenities, granite countertop, clean, includes balcony, community events are good

Cons: Management is really bad, Appliances look nice and new but cheap quality bad appliances (not high efficiency), Verizon is big inconvenience, Valet trash service has too many rules without reasonable rationales behind these rules (they will not pick up trash at all for the simplest reasons- even if the trash is not smelly, messy or anything), new parking permits are not… well thought (a neighbor complained that her husband owns a house within an hour and a half drive from here, so she switches cars often. management responded we have not thought this through, not even about rental cars in case your car breaks down and you get a rental, your car may get towed!)

Management team would not resolve problems created by Verizon and would keep charging you and if you dare to to say you are not going to pay until they resolve the issues, they will be like, oh you signed the lease remember? please refer to the addendum, you agreed to pay. we do not care if Verizon provides you service or not. we just contracted with them so we force our residents to pay despite Verizon's delayed installation of services! To get things resolved, it took me hours and hours worth of phone calls between holding on Verizon's customer service line and further calls back to Verizon due to misinformation provided by hidden creek agents.
I was really waiting to see if things get better here. I do not intend to renew my lease. In fact, if I find a better place and time to dedicate to move again, I will give up my deposit to end my lease early.
This is exactly the opposite of what value means to me. I met neighbors who feel the same way. But, because they are older, they would prefer to deal with Bozzuto's management team here than going through the hassle of moving, and they also think the turn over rate for younger resident is higher here, which completely explains what I was saying.

The staff here is great, everyone in the front office is competent and even if you have to deal with different people they all have the same information. Move in was pretty easy due to the garage where you can park on the same level as your apartment and the large size of the elevator. I feel very safe and I haven't had to use any raid at all which was on my biggest worries because I hate bugs. The only thing I might be bad is the fact that you have to use Verizon for TV & Internet. I don't mind… because I already had Verizon when I moved in but it would have been annoying if I had to cancel my service with another company. I love my 1 bedroom loft. The staff at hidden creek are friendly and know almost everyone by name. Maintenance issues taken care off promptly within 24hours when you request it.On the whole, its mostly quiet. I am also able to work to near by mall and grocery and restaurants as well.
