Es muy bueno pero su mantenimiento es muy caro cada cocina que cobran, pero no arreglan bien las cosas. Por eso para mí no es recomendable mandar a arreglar las cosas hay que arreglarlas uno personalmente

We love living at quail hollow, it is a great community and maintence is very responsive. The only downside is the washer dryer situation if you do no have an in unit washer dryer. We just got "new" washers and dryers however they do not work and the leasing office is unable to do anything about it. Even after contacting the third party company they are still not fixed and it has been 3 weeks without a working washer and dryer. Unfortunately this is not the only period where we have had major… washer dryer issues, so I highly recommend seeing if an apartment with an in unit washer dryer is available otherwise be prepared for an absolute nightmare.

Nice neighborhood, clean areas, plenty space even for one bedroom apartments, administrative office kind and efficient. We just moved into this complex and so far we like it!
