Smoke and Noise
The place was nice until our upstairs neighbor moved in. Playing loud music and bass all hours of the night, smoking weed, literal banging and slamming the ground in the middle of the night which all shakes and vibrates our apartment. You can smell smoke constantly in our apartment and the hallways.
Front office won't do anything about it. Giving a heads up as if you get a noisy neighbor your life here could be hell. Front office says they will do things and help you, but they won't, it's all... talk to safe face. They play and act nice but dont do any real action to protect you.
