new tenant

I been living here since April 2023 I'm happy to live in a neighborhood that is nice and the neighbors are very friendly my experience has been very pleasant my property manager Patrick is the best he is very helpful and always on point his maintenance and cleaning crew is always doing a great job and works very hard thanks everyone for making my experience welcoming.

After my lease up leaving

I been here since March 2022 the first night of me moving in there were roaches crawling on me okay fine pest control handle it , it’s not August/September and I have had about 8 encounters with bed bugs … once I moved in I didn’t have any furniture because this is my first place … with in 3 weeks of moving in my daughter was complaining about being itchy but I paid it no mine because it’s summer until I got bitten numerous times. It’s not worth it I never had bed bugs before and the fact that… I’m goin thru it now makes me want to lose my mind . But I do know after my lease up I will be breaking it and moving else where . Pretty quiet area that’s all

Great Community and Staff

This property is well attended. Even though it may be an older property, management has been thorough with upkeep, maintenance and communication. Nice place to live!

From the day i walked in to enquire on availability to lease Kim was very welcoming and detailed she walked me through requirements and later gave me a tour of the building... The building is well mentained both inside and outside... Management responses on time if there is any issue and always ready to ensure that one is content... Thank you Kim.
