Great Space and Staff will 10/10 recommend The apartment was simple and clean, I enjoyed my almost 4years there and would definitely recommend it. The building itself is beautiful and I got a lot of compliments when guests visited, the cleaning staff do an incredible job keeping the place together even when some residents don’t. The leasing staff are present most times and if not they are very good with responding to call an emails. Shout out to the Manager Michael he is incredible and runs a... great team. The Maintenance staff are also great. Location wise 5 minutes walk to metro whith a nice restaurant downstairs makes it very convenient. The garage is also attached to the building which is perfect. One parking can do a bit more on safety but the building does have a cop patrol sometimes which is nice too. the unit itself is spacious enough and unlike most areas in DMV I didn’t have any issues with roaches or rodents, the maintenance also fix things Very very quickly. Best Community and staff Stella is the best community I’ve lived at in a long time. The events were amazing and thought out. The holiday party and catering was the best I’ve ever had at a community. It gave a sense of belonging. The staff especially Kash, Edwin and maintenance team, the cleaning staff, Michael were professional and always available when needed I have never had any issues with them. I don’t know the other staff to speak about them and their work but I’ve spoke mostly with these... individuals and can attest to their care and commitment to not only their job but the fact that some of them live there as well so they know what it means to have the people love where they’ve lived. I’ve met many folks there at Stella that will be in my life for years to come. And I’m grateful for the experience, the laughter the closeness of everyone. The other thing is Union bar being right there. It’s like cheers with the staff whom many live at Stella as well. It’s a big family and I will miss being there. If I ever had to live in another apartment I’d choose the Stella and will recommend it and their staff every time. Read More

Living Single It’s a great community here. You have peace and privacy, but there’s also so many opportunities to build community.
