Great place for students

I've really loved living here. The mall being right across the street has been a huge convenience, as well as the shuttle to howard.

The staff has been the best part. Shoutout to Hezzy and Shakaya, but everyone I've interacted with has been nice and helpful, and maintenance has been responsive whenever something has come up. They also do a lot of resident events during the year, so it's easy to make friends.

Go Anywhere Else

If you can live anywhere else pls do. Living here has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I moved in, I’ve dealt with repeated issues. Specifically, leaky ceilings, faulty electrical outlets, water and power outages for days, & a completely mismanaged mailroom where packages routinely go “missing.” I’ve lost over $300 worth of items, including a birthday dress that was signed for by someone in the building but never made it to me. Every time, I’ve verified proof of delivery from… the carrier (Amazon, USPS, DHL), and every time, the building has either ignored me or given a bare-minimum response with no follow-through.

What’s worse is this isn’t a one-time issue. It’s been ongoing. I’ve had to chase down management multiple times, only to be met with silence or excuses. There’s no accountability, no proper logging system, and no real security around residents’ mail and packages.

Overall. Do NOT move here.

I hate Vie Towers

this review is for students who go to Howard and is looking for an apartment. Please do not move here, the staff doesn’t care about you just your money. Everyone had an attitude and somethings always broke, including the elevators. Save yourself

it’s great living here

I moved in about a week or so ago and I’ve been loving the very spacious room I have to the view from my bedroom window and the amenities is just a plus for me so excited living here!

Enjoyed my stay immensely

Great place for a student to live especially if you take advantage of the free shuttles for Howard or UMD. The apartment is really clean and they stay on top of pest control. Repairs are done in a reasonable time. Papaer mail was at times delayed but never a huge problem. Pretty sure, packages came on time most of the time. Staff was accommodating. At one point, I had the personal cell of one of the staff and they would answer my questions very quickly. Great place to build your rental history… as a student and very nice apartment for a great value. The amenities (gym, rooftop pool, etc.) and access to most things you would need for entertainment and shopping in walking distance really put this place over the top
