Harborside Village Apartments

I have lived in this apartment complex for five years, and it is hands down the best place I have ever lived. From day one, I have felt completely at home here.

The office staff are amazing. They are always friendly, welcoming, and truly helpful. They take the time to listen and genuinely care about the residents, which makes such a difference.

The maintenance team is absolutely incredible. They respond quickly, fix issues the right way the first time, and keep the property in excellent... condition. I really appreciate the regular preventative maintenance because it shows they are proactive and committed to keeping everything running smoothly.

Harborside Village Apartments are a hidden gem. Located on the Gunpowder River, these waterfront apartments offer lovely views of river wildlife and access to the boating community. Within walking distance/short drive to a library, schools, churches, marina, Mariner Point Park, grocery store, post office and several local family owned restaurants. Units are roomy (My 1 bedroom unit is 900 sq. ft.). Each unit includes a dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer, central A/C and heating, large... balcony/patio, walk-in closets and a storage unit. Additional amenities include a gym, children’s playroom, pickle ball court, playground, pool, outside grilles, fishing and benches throughout this park like community. Large windows to enjoy the view. Cross ventilation from the wonderful river breeze keeps my utility prices down. Ample parking. Mail boxes are located inside the lobby. The onsite staff members are amazing. They host multiple events throughout the year making Harborside Village feel like a “community” and not just another “apartment complex”. My daughters and I have lived her since December 2023 and we love it here!! Alyse and Jamie are amazing!!! We’ve come to love them so so much!! We love our neighbors and the neighborhood! it’s safe and there are so many families that live here! the leasing office has residents events and it really makes us feel like we are apart of such an amazing complex! i recommend HarborsideVillage! 10/10!

Amazing place to live. The staff is responsive and friendly. The facilities are kept clean and up to date. Maintenance requests are responded to right away. Highly recommend living here.
