Roaches

I was extremely disappointed with the condition of my apartment at North Hampton upon move in. An apartment should be thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and ready for a new resident, but unfortunately that was not my experience.

There was a hole in the wall behind the refrigerator, roaches in the apartment, dirty countertops, filthy oven racks that clearly had not been cleaned, and even toothpaste left behind in the bathroom vanity sink from the previous resident. These are not minor cosmetic… issues. They made it very clear that the apartment was not properly cleaned or inspected before I was given the keys.

Moving is already stressful enough. After paying the required move in costs, I expected to walk into a clean and sanitary home, not immediately have to deal with cleanliness issues and pests. This has been a very disappointing start to my experience at North Hampton, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them promptly.

Regretful Tour

Honestly, don’t even waste your time Not very friendly on arrival, we toured two apartments while we were there the first one the hallway completely stained with Pee, dirty, dusty stairwell, we didn’t end up going inside for some reason, then went to the second apartment, which smelled foul, the place was spacious but stinky the deck looked like it might fall through. Police presence in neighborhoods, they didn’t return my ID after the tour, Just don’t waste your time.

Unit Unseen Prior To Move-in

The application and approval process was somewhat easy however, the unit couldn't be viewed prior to move in (site unseen) due to ongoing upgrading and necessary maintenance from former occupancy. Will update my review after I move in this month. Overall, the property appears to be clean and well maintained.
