Only live here if you want roaches and rats , they are throughout the whole building

this is a very nice property and the quality match the price. the price increases due to the inflation and gradually becomes as expensive as (non-)budget apartment. So it may not be competitive with other (newer) properties in the coming years.

Briarwood is very clean, and keeps you up to date on information about the neighborhood. They really care about their community and tenants by doing little things for us in appreciation. Maintenance is quick and responsive to the tickets. Only minor downfall is someone in my building has roaches and i see them every once in a while. If you keep your house clean and spray for prevention on your own everything is fine. Briarwood had a mandatory extermination come out in September 2024 so they are... on it and if you ever have a problem put a ticket in an Orkin will come out. They also do mandatory maintenance to homes as well such as changing the dryer filters, HVAC filter, checking smoke alarms etc. I’m not sure how often but mine was in October 2024. The parking spaces are a little tight. I say all this to say if you are looking for a good complex, live here i been here since March 2023. No bad experiences (cross fingers and pray).
