Mr. Louis has been working very hard, per usual, with how terrible the weather has been for the last couple of days; doing his ultimate best to remove the snow from in front of our vehicles, he's been also checking in with everyone to make sure we are good! Good community, good staff,old buildings
I lived there for a couple years. The staff are nice and the community is good. Please be aware, the buildings are old, really thin walls. Before move in, MAKE SURE that all hvac vents are working. Maintenance team are pretty friendly. The utility bills(water, sewer, gas) are not individual. If you are planning to stay 4 weeks out for vacation, be ready to pay the same amount of money on bills. Doesn't make any difference to stay 30 days at home or 30 days out of home, all the bills will be the... same, except for electricity. Hope this review will help! We appreciate your feedback. While electricity is individually metered, other utilities are billed through a... shared system. We always encourage residents to report any maintenance concerns so we can address them promptly.

I enjoy my apartment. It’s a struggle sometimes to reach leasing and communication isn’t great, but I have a nice apartment and friendly, respectful neighbors.

This apartment complex is going down hill year after year. The staff just doesn’t respond, the walls are thin, a lot of break ins and I just can tell there’s no care for the community by the rental office. Do not recommend.
