Terrible, Unprofessional, Lazy, & Incompetent

Please don't live in Oak Grove Drive Apartments by Onewall because the Apartments are old and not suitable. Molds and peeling damaged walls. No Heat,No running hot water, grounds are kept dirty, no stable maintenance employees to repair things when damaged in the apartment because maintenance employees are temporarily staffing agency staffs. The employees in the leasing office never pick up the phone when you call and they are liars and unprofessional in every aspect. The maintenance employees... doesn't repaired anything despite of waiting one month for maintenance staff to show up at your apartment to repair things. Please don't live here and I regret bitterly and deeply living here as a person who is a tenant in one of this location apartment .

Over priced, over aged

Seriously, if you think it's a great deal it's not. I've lived here for 3 years, people are very nice but the apartments are terrible. Extremely old, almost a 100 years, and it shows it. Old hinges still attached and painted over, cracks in the bathroom fixed with drywall tape, radiators are wobbly, windows leak, AC is a through the wall unit from 1980s and your electric bill will be over $200 because of it, carpet is so cheap that it wears out in 6 months, ceiling leaks, outlets are so outdated... that they spark when you plug things in, and so much more. Unfortunately, if you are just trying to survive, this place is for you. Use the AC sparingly, watch for electric faults and you'll be fine. Welcome to America....

10 yrs and counting

I and my family absolutely love living here. Very clean great staff and maintenance. Always have a quick response when in need. Very close to shopping, and schools, and hospital. I definitely recommend living in this quiet community.

Zero Stars Don’t waste your time or money

Horrible place to live the staff makes it seem like they are very interested in having you as a new renter but once you sign your lease the could care less they are very unprofessional in the leasing office it takes about 2 weeks for maintenance to come . The paint in the apartment is poor and stripping . I wish I never lived there .

Bad joke

So we moved in this year and hated it from the start. We were evicted after less than a year. Its funny to me that they have the audacity to evict someone when they didn't have our home ready when we moved in. It took months to get working appliances and shelves in cabinets. We were late on rent so we were evicted. The office manager needs to evict her lazy drug addict maintenance as well as herself. We have had the maintenance enter our home multiple times smelling like marijuana. This place... was REALLY a disappointment. The mice cared more then the management.
