Very neat and quiet community

I've lived here for over 3 years and it's been great! I will be moving out at the end of the month, but I wanted to express how much I've enjoyed calling Chapel Manor home.

I hate it here

The staff members in the leasing office are rude. When I filed a complaint with the corporate office I received horrible service. I keep finding spiders all over my apartment. My building is on watch by Baltimore County police. Maintenance took over a year to fix a simple issue. No efforts are made to follow up with tenants regarding their concerns.

Avoid

Poorly kept. Grounds are full of dog waste. Abandoned cars are everywhere. Huge drug problem. Poor lighting in the hallways. Unprofessional management. Very loud. Very smelly.

Don't move here!!!!!!

Maintenance never comes back to finish a job been here 4 years come home my kitchen cabinets have seperated from my kitchen wall I had to get someone to hold them up so I could get my dishes and food out of them and now I'm being told after I was told they could repair my old cabinets that my new cabinets would take more than 2 weeks to come in so Im out my entire kitchen(due to everything on counter top stove and table). But you better not ever be late on rent cause I'm sure they wouldn't go… over well but it's ok for a tenant to not have a kitchen for 2 plus weeks???????????
Seriously look elsewhere in this area may pay a little more but you will have a kitchen!!!!!!!!!!
