The office staff are very helpful and friendly. They regularly host events and activities for all residents to get to know each other and receive prizes as a sign of resident appreciation.

The grounds area & apartments are clean & well kept. Maintenance respond ji quickly. FLEX option available. They are very strict on the pet policy.

From my perspective it’s a good location. Quiet being adjacent to a park. Not too far from 695 and I-95. Plenty of local shops nearby. The grounds are well maintained. Fenced in dog park has been frequently used by me. Noise levels are a bit lower than traditional residential apartments. Maintenance staff and management are all top notch.

It was a very easy move in. Everyone was very nice and no problem with getting any of my questioned answered. The little welcome basket that you receive is very nice as well. the community seems to be quite so far.
