My experience at the pine knolls has been a blessing. I have a great job down street everything you need is close by in town. I feel safe I feel at home so if anybody looking for a homes that has great appliances and big rooms and quiet and clean environment they should contact pine knoll town houses in Princess Anne Maryland.

Princess Townhouse is a great place to live I love my apartment, clean and convenient to the places I have to go and some what people friendly that just got to be limited and feel it’s a safe environment if some people would screen some of their guest but overall it’s a good place to live

Overall, the cost to living in townhomes is reasonable. I like the inclusion of utilities to my rent. The most frequent complaints you will have in this community are the residents themselves. Many parents do not supervise their kids. The kids are unruly and vulgar. The community does not provide adequate play space for the kids to keep busy. Instead, they play behind peoples cars and in the road way blocking traffic. Individuals are throwing trash in the lot instead of in the cans

Princess Anne rentals and mini storage

Managed by Pat Marshall, close to the University of Maryland Eastern Shore very efficient for students who do not want to live in Talons or Ardens, or who do not want random roommates.
