Don’t judge a book by its cover

I am a current resident and From the outside looking in it looks very nice, nice community, very well lit and maintained green space. But there’s a huge catch when you move in. The first night I moved in I found cockroaches everywhere. They came and sprayed it but I keep finding them. When I though that was done with we then find a mouse running around our apartment for multiple days. On top of all that the exterminator just hands me sticky traps making it more or less my problem and not his.… Not only you’re dealing with pest but the constant yelling and screaming from our next door neighbors. I am counting down the days until I can move out.

Great community

Oak Hill apartment is great community where service and kindness meet! I just recently moved in and I had issue with the main door while moved my furniture. I contacted the leasing office that provided me with an outstanding service to fixe the door. From the day one I started the application process to the day I move in the leasing office especially Diana was amazing and helpful. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who want a piece of mind and a quite place to live in the DVM area!

Great Place with Friendly/Accommodating Staff

I was recently a resident for a year and my stay was excellent. Maintenance requests were addressed promptly and the location is ideal for local shopping and highway access.

The neighborhood is nice, apartments have nice layouts. The grounds are kept clean. Maintenance & rental office staff are very friendly and nice. Close near shopping and restaurants.
