Management and maintenance have been so helpful when I need anything. There are new maintenance guys who are so kind whenever they're in my apartment for even the smallest things and management is kind any time I walk in.

For two years we’ve requested a potentially dangerous situation be corrected and nothing. Nothing has been done except the rent went up 8%. Do not live at these apartments.

The WORST place I have ever lived!! Maintenance NEVER show up. The people in the call centers are incredibly rude and condescending. Also, the stairs are poorly lit. It's not worth it! Would not recommend!

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with TPA. Please contact our office to we can make sure maintenance is following up when they are supposed to. We would be able to check your maintenance request history. If this was for an after... hours maintenance situation, if you wouldn't mind sharing with us what the issue was, we would like to address the concerns with the answering service and ensure they are dispatching calls appropriately.

I like that I can walk to class and not worry about the traffic on Cross Campus or finding parking. The staff usually responds quickly when I have a problem and I just got a new washer and dryer!
