Amazing Complex and Office Staff

Thank you for the tour. The office staff is exceptionally kind and dedicates time to answer all your questions, making us feel truly valued. Loved the layout of the apartment. Plus, the location is absolutely unbeatable, especially since we will be working at the hospital nearby hospital.

Outdated apartments- mice

The staff here is extremely nice however there are many issues:

- mice
- no amenities
- outdated appliances
- outdated everything
- they painted over hairs and dust that is stuck to the wall
- older apartments but are not maintained

The good things about this place:
- the outside grounds are nicely kept
- extremely quiet premises
- the staff is always friendly and nice but there is only so much they can control

For the price point - there are so many other options that offer updated… units. The price point is for a luxury apartment but there is nothing luxury about the apartments.

Outdated, problematic management

For the price point of this apartment complex, you would expect slightly renovated fixtures. The apartment complex is in dire need of renovations, roof shingles blowing off, loud and creaky joists in the floor above units, leaky and calcified plumbing fixtures.
The complex offers units with newer appliances at a premium, save your money and rent elsewhere.

We LOVED the Versailles

Stayed at the Versailles for years and loved it. What a peaceful place nestled in its own little wooded area right down the street from the convenience of both Towson and 83/695. Incredibly safe, family-friendly area that was perfect for our needs. The staff was always responsive, maintenance was quick to reply, and parking is plentiful. I recommend everyone take a look at the Versailles if you're looking for a peaceful, home-like experience with convenient commuting location. Grateful to… have lived here.

Love this place!

My family just moved to Versailles and we immediately feel at home! Kristie, Cara, Jake, Pierre and Winston have all been professional, courteous, and gone out of there way to address any issues or needs we may have. The grounds are clean and the community feels very safe and secure. I look forward to many more years here!!
