The complex is very dirty and there’s trash everywhere. I can only imagine what the apartments look like on the inside?

We have a cockroach and culture infestation! That is correct, vultures! Garbage spews out into the street, the stairwell and public area go unclean for months on end. There’s mystery brown stains in the carpet, neighbors track their nasty trash can juice on the carpets and stairwells...those stairwells haven’t seen a mop or bleach for months.

One poor neighbor even bought a swifter and cleaned the steps herself because maintenance requests kept going unanswered. Cars have been vandalized and... tires slashed, windshields broken. The complex itself has been on the news for 3 separate gun shootings. The hallways reek of marijuana but to be honest, that’s the smallest of issues.

The community is also suppose to be gated but the gates were never activated by old management. So house poor neighbors in the homes in the neighborhood (Wakefield) will drive through the apartment complex and dump their old, hideous furniture and trash further polluting the grounds.

If you listen to that other ridiculous review, and don’t believe mine...do a drive by, any time, any day and you’ll see what I mean about the vulture issue. On any given day we will have 10-50 of them lining the rooftops and picking the trash. Read More

Good day. I come in the rental office every month, too pay my aunt's rent. I am always greeted by a nice young man name Brandon. He is very professional, and efficient in the office
Always has a smile, and greets everyone. When, we had a problem with one of the Property managers. Mrs Brown. He controlled the situation & got the correct paperwork. Him & Mrs Kirby are excellent.
