Neighbors and maintenance

So many neighbors that are noisy and don't follow the rules of the building as they seem to think this is their house and can do whatever they want. Also can never rely on maintenance to actually fix anything, they just sit up in their garage doing nothing all day.

Really nice

These apts are very well kept! They keep up with any maintenance issues. The grounds are nice too. A duck pond to watch ( but dont feed them) and willow trees and other nice trees too. Large grassy areas,a playground area,outdoor grilling area too The manager,Anna, is extremely helpful and nice.
