Poor Management

Every interaction I've had with this management group has felt hostile. I do not recommend dealing with them.

We are very sorry you feel this way. As a family owned and managed property we prioritize our resident experience and some might say, we run a tight ship! This is critical to ensuring all residents abide by our policies. This includes adhering to... quite hours, keeping all common areas clear of personal items, patios and decks clean and presentable and absolutely no smoking on the property. Without enforcing these policies, residents would suffer. The vast majority of our residents apprecaite this!!

Stable Ridge Living

My husband and I toured the apartment and fell in love with the modern farmhouse design and the open airy concept of the apartment. The stainless steel appliances, shiplap, wood floors, and the brushed black finishes, makes these apartments feel rustic and homey!

The complex is quiet, pet friendly, and is centrally located to shopping and the highway.

Management is extremely easy to work with, helpful, and take pride in the grounds. Looking forward to our winter wonderland light... installation and see the how complex glows.

I moved in late February 2023 & the location is perfect. The owners/staff are more than accommodating.
The apartments are beautiful & roomy. I am very happy here.

Living at Stable Ridge Apartments

Stable Ridge Apartments is a beautiful place to live. Management will take care of your needs as soon as possible (emails sent will most likely get a response within an hour). The apartments are top notch with beautiful stainless steel appliances and beautiful views for your enjoyment. Not to mention, management will allow you to have 2 fur companions with you in your unit for a small fee. This is only a small part of the comforts that living here brings. The placement of Stable Ridge... Apartments is in very reasonable distance of many of the surrounding businesses and grocery stores. You will not be disappointed by living here. Send an application and I promise you will enjoy living in a wonderful, well taken care of community.

Stable Ridge

Living in Stable Ridge is “home”! The apartment is set up in a way that is just perfect for me!! The living room is a great size and I love the door to the patio!! The kitchen is all set up with access to everything I need. The bedroom has plenty of room. It is nice to be in an area close in Auburn and living in an apartment that makes me feel so comfortable in so many ways!!!
