Been here for 6 years in January and we love it here! Great people, tons of kids playing! Great landlords! It’s a fabulous place to live! We are never moving! ????

My husband and I sold our home in Bath very quickly and had 30 days to find a place to live while our new home is being built.
It's January and very difficult to find a place that would allow our pet and a month to month rental agreement.
I called the office and Danielle put all my fears to rest.
She got us into the property.
The follow up has been fantastic.
Everyone has been accommodating.
We sign the rental agreement tomorrow and get to move in on Feb. 1st.
This all got coordinated in 1 week... .
These are decent living quarters for apartment rentals.
I am disappointed to see all the bad reviews.
As far as all the bad reviews about trash laying about?
If you see trash blowing around in front of your apartment, pick it up even if it may not belong to you.
Be apart of the community. Be a well rounded Bath Resident. Take pride in where you live and own it!

When I lived there cops drove thru routinely do to fights, dealers, domestic violence, etc. The maintenance crew where good guys, but some did as little as possible to fix issues. And management truelt favored some tenants over others. They where quick to judge situations between tenants without investigating incidents. I would be careful and keep records in case of anything unforseen.

Moved into a unit that smelled like an ashtray, Stained carpet,Cooking oil still on the wall, paint stained by nicotine.

My daughter and I used to rent from this property for 3.5 years until i had to move to Brunswick. I never once had any issues with living here. I truly loved how the management office was onsite so that if i ever had any issues i could call or go there. The ladies at the office were both extremely friendly and welcoming. The laundry room was not always up to par, but i truly believe that if the other tenants would have cleaned up after them selves it would have been better. I always would... get a response from the office or the maintenance guys as to what they are going to do about any issue that i may have had. I highly recommend this apartment complex to any one who is looking for a affordable location and enjoys the whole maintenance free idea.
