Located just a one-minute walk from Hancock Pond, this non-shorefront property offers a right-of-way for exclusive access to a private dock, lake swim raft, and more. The cottage features a warm pine interior, a full kitchen with modern appliances, and an open living area, making it easy to feel at home.
This inviting cottage boasts two bedrooms on the first floor, each with a queen bed, and a bath with a shower. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms with double beds and a half bath. Enjoy the wonderful wraparound deck, a firepit, and access to a canoe and two kayaks (please bring your own life jackets). The cottage is equipped with a TV, internet, radio, DVD player, and window A/C units, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Parking is available for up to six cars. While linens and towels are not provided, they are available for rent at our office. The property includes amenities such as internet, cable, a dishwasher, ceiling fans, heat, a propane stove, a grill, and outdoor furniture including two picnic tables with umbrellas.
Situated just a short walk from the lake, the cottage offers quick access to two lake entry points: a private granite step path to the dock and a rustic dam with a sandy boat launch and beach.
