Located just a minute's walk from Hancock Pond,... this cottage offers access to a private dock and lake swim raft exclusively for guests. The warm, inviting pine interior and open living area create a cozy atmosphere, making you feel at home.
This delightful cottage features two bedrooms on the first floor, each with a queen bed, and a bath with a shower. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms with double beds and a half bath. The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances, a coffee maker, K-Cup, toaster, and an array of culinary gadgets. Enjoy the wraparound deck, firepit, and access to a canoe and two kayaks (life jackets not provided). The cottage is equipped with a TV, internet, radio, DVD player, and window A/C units.
Parking is available for up to six cars. Linens and towels are not provided but are available to rent at our office. The cottage includes a propane stove, grill, fire pit with firewood provided, and outdoor furniture with two picnic tables and umbrellas.
Situated in a non-shorefront property, the cottage offers two quick access points to the lake, just a minute's walk away. The first access is a short walk down the camp road to private granite steps leading to the path and dock. The second access is past the steps to a rustic dam and sandy boat launch/beach with a natural zero-entry sandy beach. A secluded state beach is a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away.
