6-8 Deane St Apartments

The first two buildings are know for non stop issues with the management mostly maintenance man, who is not legally insured for the job he is doing.... By that I mean he cuts the grass but is given all the Authority as an owner slash landlord manager... Unfortunately he likes to run from tenent to tenent repeating everyone's bissness as if that's all he is paid to do. I'd also advise anyone who is considering moving into either place to do a check on the sex offenders list just a good idea if... you have kids.. I unfortunately rate that place on a 1 to 10 being the best I'd have to say given everything I now know I'd give it a 0- it's that pathetic. Mybe if the owner landlord cared more things perhaps could be different unfortunately I don't see that happening anytime soon.! Read More
