They try to raise my rent twice within one year (even with a year contract). Not a good place. Shannon is very hard to get in contact with. False Promises. No hoops or painting parking spots as mentioned that will happen.

Farwell Mills I and II are a great building to be in! The common areas are clean, policies are well communicated, and management handles problems effectively. This is both subsidized and market rate housing, but it's pretty quiet even with 85 units. 1-3 bedrooms, different layouts, good rent prices for the market rate folks, and not too far from Lewiston or the heart of Lisbon. I would ( and have!) recommended this building to friends and family.
