What This House Offers
We are renting our beloved charming and fully furnished house from September 2026 through May 2027. Please note rental ends on the last day of May, 2027.
The... first floor has an open concept and a large dinning room, kitchen and living room. There is also a bedroom on the first floor, a walk-in closet, the full bathroom and laundry. On the second floor we have a living room/play room, bedroom and another bedroom with a half bath. There is a wonderful front porch to sip coffee and people-watch plus a deck in the back yard to relax in. Two parking off-street (tandem) as well.
We are charging a break-even rental fee which includes Internet and WiFi. Heat and Electricity are not included. New Dishwasher and range/oven installed in 2026.
Home is 1/2 mile walk to the beach, only a few miles off 95. Old Orchard Bean is near Saco, Biddeford, Scarborough and roughly a half hour drive to Portland.
