Our location is ideally situated in the heart of Munjoy Hill. It is an easy walk downtown and right around the corner from the Eastern Prom. Walkable to Washington Avenue, beach, and harbor trails. Quiet, residential neighborhood. Quiet hours 11 pm - 7 am. Seven month lease is minimum.
We are truly sorry, but we do not accept any animals of any kind. Not even cute ones!
