Allen ave apts

People keep you up all night...very high in drug use and the lanlord does nothing about. I am currently a songle pregnany female that lives there. I have been stolen from apartment broken into.
Landlird and property nanagers been very aggressive toward people in unit that doesnt do anythi g wrong.
Building is not up to code. Tbetes mold and roaches in building
